๐ŸŒ united.social

Governance belongs to communities,
not governments.

united.social is civic infrastructure for communities that define their own membership, verify their own members, and make their own decisions โ€” without asking permission from any state, platform, or gatekeeper.

Three primitives

๐Ÿชช

Identity

AT Protocol DIDs. Portable, signed, yours. Communities attest membership โ€” not platforms, not states.

๐Ÿ“‹

List ranking

Any list. Any ranking question. One anonymous vote per member. Communities decide what their list means.

๐Ÿ—ณ๏ธ

Proposals

Governance through the same ranking primitive. Communities write their own rules and enforce them themselves.

Membership is defined by communities โ€” attested cryptographically, portable across services. Voting is a generic list-ranking primitive. The platform encodes no editorial bias.

Content- and bias-neutral. Consumers layer their own framing on top.
